[sample] FileUtil / File to Byte

파일을 바이트로 변환하는 코드 입니다.
사용처는 Reomote 서버에 파일을 전송할때 유용하죠.
잊어먹으면 또 찾아야 되니 여기에 잘 보관 보관 ㅎㅎ
